    I took my truck to fix some issues for my truck to pass emissions I had a credit acct with Acima which was the amount of 3600 .Total to get fix was only 1400 when I picked my truck when said was ready it was making a loud sound I called him and told him that my truck fixing to break down but I never had a problem out my truck til he worked on it.He advised me my ac unit was going out that was making the loud sound he will fix it for the 1600 I had left on my Acima acct . He called and said it was ready picked it up the same sound now he told me it was my breaks for amount of 600 dollars he will fix it told him no and took my truck somewhere else to get the breaks return my truck let him know there wasnt a brakes issue the sound is getting louder and he told me to bring it back then he told me he can fix it for 1700 more dollars, I declined told him you had my truck over a month it never had this sound or problem he stated he didnt have a certified mechanic to look at it I ask him who did u have to work in my truck .He try to lie and say something else was wrong with my truck and another mechanic looked at it and said he unscrewed my fly wheel boat out my suburban my ac unit he added was blowing out heat and I called him and ask when can he look at it bc it supposed to be warranty he never did

    On 8-27-2024 *********** brought her Suburban in for a check engine light and we repaired the vehicle and was picked up on 9-6-2024. She then called about a noise and brought it back on 9-9-2024. This time it was her A/C System had failed, Unrelated to previous repair. We did receive a bad compressor from our vendor and had to wait on a replacement. On 9-27-2024 *********** picked the vehicle up and stated her truck sounded like a pulpwood truck, I asked her to bring t back so we could determine the cause and based on our experience and a know common issue with these models that the torque converter bolts had *********** is impossible for us to loosen these bolts as you would have to remove the transmission in order to accomplish this. we quoted her the repair at a reduced price to help her out and she declined and was very combative. unfortunately her vehicle has over ******* miles on it and parts are failing. she picked her vehicle up for the final time 10-3-2024.
