    Please see attachment for detailed timeframes and interactions with Miracle Method Atlanta North and South.We contacted this particular business to refinish a shower. What should have been one visit to provide an estimate and one visit to complete the job, turned into six months worth of problems and a complete disregard for our time to continually take off from work in order to have the company come out seven times. There was also one additional time that an appointment was cancelled with little warning. We then tried multiple times to contact the business with little success. The company's office manager, *****, finally returned a call and will only offer a small discount on future work, which she even recognized as an empty offer knowing that we do not trust the company any more. The owner of the company has refused to contact us, even though we have requested it multiple times. We believe that the significant amount of loss productivity and paid time off should be compensated due to the nature of the timeframe and number of visits it took for the job to be complete. An empty future discount for 20% off or less is not appropriate for what we endured and continue to endure with this company. We have never even received an apology or heard from the actual business owner.

    Unfortunately we did have a problem with the original work that we were hired to do. However, it was corrected to customers satisfaction and also as soon as possible. We did prioritize the customers schedule needs as well. They originally said there was another project they would completed and that is why we offered a future discount. They later asked for a refund. I did not offer a refund because they were happy with the end result and the cost of this job to our business was higher then the original paid project. It was originally our error however we stand behind our work and made the customer happy with the ********************** project. We did offer 20% off their next project which is any profit the company would have made. The office manager did apologize for the inconvenience of their time. As the owner, I do not usually contact the customers directly but do so through my management team.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This project went from taking one to three visits (depending on the size of the project) to eight scheduled visits with one cancellation.Your business is the one that cancelled at the last minute too.  We contacted your business again on 9/22 because of some discoloring. We had two people arrive today, 10/4, to look at our concerns and they noticed chipping around the shower drain that should be fixed.  They offered to complete the work today, but we were never aware that this visit was more than coming and checking on our shower to confirm there was yet another problem. So now we have up to nine scheduled visits and need a tenth one to complete the work.


    Every visit costs us too. We cannot continue to take time off to deal with a shower stall that should have been wrapped up in two visits.  We are not satisfied with the ongoing problems and shear lack of respect for our time to deal with these problems. We figured taking two, maybe three days off to complete this project but now your company has cost us an additional seven days of work. 
    We wish we could have communicated directly with you instead of your management team.  Your management team does not represent you and your business well.  We do want a refund to compensate us for all the lost days of work we had to take off.
