    I am writing this letter regarding a service I received from Nerds World on 12/30/23 at 5:53 pm. I paid $54.00 for this service. I received two boxes of universal cords for $10 each and one wired controller for $30.I would like to receive a full refund for this purchase. I tried to ask the business for a refund, but they refused. I am not satisfied with the deal that I felt pressured into making with the business since they would not ***** me my refund. I am also more than willing to return the products that I had to settle for since I could not get my refund.The business offered me a displeasing alternative which was store credit or an exchange. The store is vintage so most of the products were no use to me and I felt pressured to make a choice due to the regulations they have set for final purchases. The business has a no refund, only exchange/ store credit policy. Again, the store sells vintage products so most of them were not useful to me. I am a new customer of this business. There is no indication of this policy on their website or no mention of it when you call to speak to someone. You must physically go into the establishment to see the disclaimer. Even then, the disclaimer is not a good visible location upon entry to the business. The disclaimer is placed on a black sheet of metal about the size of 6-5/8x5-"x1/2 located on the bottom left corner a little under the cash register. You would not be able to see this disclaimer unless you are actively looking for it upon entry or have been told about it. Before I had even completed my purchase, I asked the manager/ owner if I could return the products if they did not work for me. I was then told, they will work, they are brand new. Not once did he implement the disclaimer when I asked if I could return the products if they did not work. I was not notified of the disclaimer until I returned not even an hour later trying to return the products for a refund.
