    i have been trying to get my case reviewed for several mth i had a appointment for 09/25/2023 never got the call i went to the local office spoke with a supervisor who told me they would let the case worker know i left all my info still had not gotten a call or email i emailed the director and others still no one has contacted me but i got a letter saying i missed my appt and i needed to reschedule before 10/19 or be denied i callled the number on the letter ************ for B Pounder the number disconnected these people you can never reach i have done everything i know to do and still have not gotten anything i just want someone to contact me about the things i have applied for for my family this is not right and i been going thur this for almost 2-3 mths with them

    I was post to receive my food stamps on the 31st which is today. I didnt receive them and I tried to contact this office and my caseworkers mailbox is full so I cant leave a message. I dont know what to do????

    I have completed a ******** application for my mother months ago and was told it was denied due to her having a disability and that she has to apply for socail security. I then applied for socail security insurance and was denied due to her not having enough work credits and have been contacting this department for months finally I get a call back from a supervisor *** ***************** first she had a attitude then explained the situation and was given the number to ******************************* the last agent that denied my last application submitted that lied and said they checked the letter I attached then after that said it was no letter on file. These are socail workers that's getting paid to help out people in need of help. My mother has been mentally ill and was born with a learning disability she was deemed disabled years ago. I'm basically watching her die with no medication no help or anything I have been paying out of pocket for prescriptions when she supposed to receive some type of service or help from your office. I pay my taxes that's used to support these government centers and they won't even help. How can new york see in the system that my mother is disabled but ******* is saying she not even after sending medical proof.
