    I am Currently Applying to the Georgia Driving Academy so that I can obtain my CDLs. I meet all the requirements to be accepted into the Academy but as soon as I mentioned to a staff member ******************************* that I am unemployed and indigent, awaiting to receive **** assistance. He hung up the phone, then called me back stating about charges that were dismissed and telling me that I was not eligible to be excepted into the program. A staff member after me getting off the phone. Call me to explain that they were sorry for Mr. ******* behavior over the phone and theyll see what they can do. Mr. ****** is now made statements against Mr concerning a criminal background check when the charges were clearly dismissed but he has managed to continue labeling by those dismissed charges. He is doing everything in his power to not allow me to be accepted into the program. I have been accepted into the ***** yet Mr. ****** is still working, going as far as calling my case manager just to not accept Mr into the program. This is real harassment and very unprofessional, I have reached out to Attorneys concerning this matter and alerting the BBB was apart of due process. I hope to be accepted into the Georgia Driving Academy so I can gain better employment and in hopes of a better income for my pregnant girlfriend. But I am unsure that the blatant discrimination for my past disabilities and defamation of character by the Georgia Driving Academy may still exist after Im accepted into the school. I am unsure if Mr. ****** will still continue to abuse his power, and still continue to call me names that arent not true. The staff member at the Georgia Driving Academy in ******* Georgia (Mr. ******* may still continue to bully me using his power if the proper officials were not notified of this. I dont wish to play the victim. I only wish to go to CDLs driving school in hopes of a better future. Staff member has stated that they discriminate against the **** participants.
