    This online school have only one minor problem to improve : website links and IT management . Since this problem is mitigated by their very responsive staffs through emails, online chats, or regular Q and A Calls, its not worth taking off a ??.Mitio staffs are extremely nice and helpful. Faculties are superb, experts in medical interpreting and education, they nurture a positive learning environment during live sessions, and answers questions from their years of seasoned experiences. This learning experience is truly worth every ***** even without 50% discount because its concise enough that students can learn everything in a few months / weeks what is worth for years.Their one on one coaching option is a great choice to further expedite learning.I recommend Mitio to any bilingual who wanted to jumpstart a new/side career.

    Great staff but very shady business tactics. I started course March 21 tried to Drop April 12 which is within their 30 day cancelation but she didnt reply til after 30 days and tried to keep all my money no refund until i sent her screen shots of my 1st email trying to cancel i end up getting on about a 30% refund stating participated in two lives sessions which waa false i only watched one lecture video thats it.

    They are a scam my people. I did the 160 hours medical interpreter course and I finished it and they send me my certificate. I have constantly sent them emails in order for them to tell me what the job is about. They just send me a login and that's all. Did not explain to me how it works and how the queue was. I have hours waiting for a ******* nothing. They got me into the impression that I will make enough money to reimbursed how expensive the course was. It is def a scam. I do not recommend. Preferably do ALTA and then get certified nationally.

    Took the 160Hr Interpreting Diploma Course, it has been a very fulfilling experience. The MiTio staff is extremely nice and helpful quick to answer questions and available throughout the course. I recommend this course to anyone wanting to go above and beyond in interpreting. They also offer other courses to fit different needs of education development in interpreting.

    I completed a training for Medical Interpreter in a few months. The program is well designed and I highly recommend to anyone who is interested in becoming an interpreter. They have weekly live sessions to put into practice your bilingual skills. Thank you MiTio!

    I had a great experience with MITIO. Their self paced courses and resources have helped me to become a certified medical interpreter. I am someone who does well with online course work, as a result, this program was perfect for me. Additionally, their live sessions were helpful in allowing me to practice my medical interpreting skills and also were a great support for building confidence.
