    I attended a birthday party for my granddaughter and the room we were in had a bench that was broken. Two kids were sitting on the bench and almost fell. The attendant was there passing out pizza and saw it. We asked for a discount and they said they didnt see it and could give us jump passes. Who wants jump passes when children almost got seriously hurt. I would never recommend anyone to trust this place with their kids. I only gave a 1 so I could write the review. Go somewhere else. Not SkyZone in *********. Managers didnt seem concerned at all. NEVER AGAIN! Poor customer service and the management staff could care less. They made their money.

    We are sympathetic and apologize for the inconvenience, this caused to the party. No child was sitting on the bench when issue was discovered.When issue was brought to managements attention, it was solved immediately. The team member that initially discovered the issue has received disciplinary actions and has been retrained. Party mom did receive discount on party and received jump passes.
