  Fence 9-4-24, very satisfied, had concern abt the gate, I called TJ(quality Control) responded and fixed the issue .. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my fence ! I would highly recommend this company !!

  I had a Deck rebuilt in October 2022 for almost $15000. The deck was beautiful until everything settled. The 1 Post starting twisting and the rail was detaching away from the post. I reached out multiple times and the last contact was 05/2023 and I did get a response and they did come out to review it. However no replacement of the post was not done. Instead I was told that it would cost $300 for a new post. Natural Enclosures cut the twisted deck post and stacked it on top of each other and put some big bolted screws in the post. Now the black railings and the rail are slanted. The 1 guy tells me he didn't feel like fixing the rail either. I had someone come out in September 2023 and tell me that the deck is not up to Code. So I reached out to the Code Enforcement of the county to come out. It would have been easier to just do the right thing and replace it. That would have made a better customer experience. I am awaiting code enforcement to come out and go to the next step of getting my deck up to code because this did not have to be like this. Natural need to stay away from building decks.

  I spent $5,000 to install a fence with this Company. A little over 2 years ago. Initially, when the fence was installed, I called the office to complain of the fact that my fence did not touch the ground and that there were lots of large gaps at the bottom and between posts. I was told that because of the terrain, unevenness, that this was the best they could do. (Yet upon reviewing the advertisements with pictures, this did not seem to be the case as there were some that had much more hilly terrain than mine and yet all planks touched the ground. The representative who came out, had the audacity to seem frustrated with my complaints and told me that it wasn't going to last anyway, really? Needless to say, the customer service was terrible, and I really never got anywhere. Just a couple of weeks ago, I called for someone to come out and take a look at the planks because so many of them were warped and pulling away from the steel post. Holes are in the wood and it does not appear the High-quality wood, advertised. I am so embarrassed by this fence that I have tried to take the advertising sign down and ended up bending it so no one could see the sign. I want to save others from this mistake. The sales rep that came out a couple of weeks ago, suggested I go to ********** and do repairs myself as they could not come out to repair for less than 900 plus dollars. I bought up the gaps again, as small critters have been climbing under the gaps of my fence digging up holes and using my yard as their toilet. The rep told me to buy planks and stick them under where the gaps are. $5,000 is a lot to spend to have to shove planks under the fence. I am a senior citizen with limited income and wanted to invest my savings so my grandkids could have a safe area to play during the pandemic. So disappointed, money wasted. PLEASE think twice before contracting this company, it is not a company of integrity and once they get your money they don't seem to care.
