      On 11/26/24 I promptly told them to cancel my order for an item order number #**** I have emailed them numerous times that I want to cancel my order and give me a refund and they fail to respond to me, my bank is investigating it but it even shows that they already shipped it days after i told them to cancel it, now it says **** awaiting item.. on 12-7-24. Now it is 12-14-24 and it still says **** awaiting item on its way to ****! I DON'T WANT THIS PACKAGE! very angry with these people and will never order from them, the amount I paid was $173.94 and again they have failed to respond to any of my emails or the banks phone calls. These people are scammers

      To Whom it may concern,

      ******* **** did not order from Collector's Armoury, Ltd.  He isn't our customer, and we demand that this be immediately removed.  No money was transferred between us and him.  His email NEVER came to us.

      However, in our research, we did find that his order number is a **** tracking number that belongs to a company name Armory/**** located at ********************** *****. The contact person is ***** ******.  This is who his complaint should go to.  This is who he purchased his order from and exchange money with, not us.   note: that could be why the copy of emails don't show who they were addressed to, not us.

      Again, we demand that this issue be immediately corrected due to this falsified information.

      Made a purchase from this website on feb 2nd. When ordering said it would be shipped next day and delivered by friday. Well monday rolls around 3 days after order.. and i get an email stating i have to call to verify my order (weird for a business to do this as you ALLREADY have my money) He proceeds to tall me he wont ship it for another 2 weeks.. I specifically needed it by saturday which they said would be no problem.. I requested he just cancalled my order which he said he would we are now approaching friday and no refund on my order.. We was aggressive and yelling on the phone using profanity.. No customer deserves that kid of treatment.. Nor do they deserve to not get their refund in a timely matter!! I have since orderd from this business competitor and they have allready got me my order in the time frame the i was supposed to receive a refund from this business.. *************** is the person in question that was so hot headed on the phone!!!
