      I signed a contract with Fitness 2020 on Octubre 27 of 2022, for personal training, it was confusion about the dates and about the payment, I wasn't aware that it was going to be 420 dollars per month, I told them that I couldn't afford that much, ****** on of the personal in charge told me I could sign for one day per week for a total of 4 weeks and it only was going to be 140 per month! We agree, then ****** and ******* the personal trainer got into a disagreement, and she told me that ****** was going to be my trainer and he was going to take care of me, she walked away, never got the days or time that I was supposed to train, ****** said he was going to have ******* to get in touch with me, never happened, I called them back on the 31st of October to see dates and times, ****** said he was going to have The trainer to call me back, didn't happen, I called back on November 1st, because I can't schedule anything without knowing what is going on with them! I called and explained the situation the person I spoke with said he was going to make sure the trainer gets back with me, I asked to cancel the contract, he said they can't do it, but he was going to make sure the trainer gets back with me, at this point I just want the contract to be over and don't have nothing to do with the personal trainer anymore!
