    The merchant shipped me damaged goods. I provided them with photos they acknowledged that it was damaged although they claimed it happened in transit. This simply was not possible, otherwise I'd have seen the missing stones in the packaging.Regardless, I was only days away from my event so they could not send me a replacement in time. Their solution was to ship me stones - that did not fit properly - and I just couldn't use the items. I requested a refund. They said they'd provide me with one if I returned the items. I did, and they received them. They did not issue me a refund.I opened a dispute with my card issuer and they have been providing them with fabricated information and photos they claim that they took photos of the item before they shipped it which conveniently did not exist when I originally told them I received the item in damaged condition.This merchant has been lying to **************** to hold onto both the item and my money. The solution to this is very simple, provide me with a refund and go on with your life.
