    I hired *** the owner of Signarama to create a luminated sign for our business. *** promised us the job will be done in 3 months. We paid half of the invoice in March 2023. The sign was supposed to be complete by grand opening which was 9-05-23. The sign was not complete, and I kept asking for a refund and not once did he wanted to give me a refund instead, he said it will be done next week. next week turned into months. Finaly the sign was put up towards the end of Oct. 4 months later then what he quoted me for due to him taking the wrong measurements. his excuse was I changed the frame of the building, but my building is a historical building I am not allowed to change the frame of a historical building nor the need for it. I explained to him that he is the sign guy and its his job to know the measurements not me as his company was hired to do the job. After the sign was installed, I notice the sign is not luminated. neither one of them. I paid for a illuminated signs and here it is 4 months over the deadline and the sign was still not complete. I texted and emailed him and again he try to blame it on the building saying is not wired correctly. He never once said I needed an electrician or anything about wiring to finish the job nor did he try to luminate the sign because after all I paid for an illuminated sign base off my contract and the invoice. It is now 01/29/2024 and the sign still is not completed because there is absolutely no power to it to be luminated. I have asked him to refund me the difference between the regular sign and the illuminated that I have paid for in full so I can go hire an electrician or whatever it is that needs to be done he refuses to give me a refund.
