1 starI have contacted this company more than once with questions regarding service on my 2024 Pilot. My first experience was about an oil change. The individual threw all kinds of questions at me. For instance, "what is the viscosity of my oil?" "Is the mileage over 5000 miles?" Why couldn't I just set up an appointment? In my second contact I had questions regarding a Honda recall notice. I called the number for the ************* The gentleman knew nothing about a recall. He transferred me to the Appointments desk. She stated I must talk to Parts FIRST before I could set up an appointment. WHAT?? Anyway the gentleman in parts said, "We don't have that part. You have to come down and leave the car with us to see if your vehicle is affected. But I can't do that because I don't have an appointment!! I am trying to do business with you guys but you act like you don't want to do business. Please advise. Thank you!Review fromBritnay R

1 starThey cheated me and stole money. I went there for an oil change they told me they changed my oil. A few days ago my car started messing up so we had a friend look at it. They said that the oil was so burnt it hadn't been changed. I think this company needs to be investigated.Review fromAmari E

1 starThis company takes a big advantage on me back in the year of 2022 being a first time buyer. I didn't knew anything about buying a car and this sales **** ******* ripped me off by over charging me for a used 2018 ****** Rav4 for 28k with the interest rate makes it went up to 34k almost 40k. Sum good amount of milage that was on it before too. at first I said I said no way I could on purchase such expensive secondhand car but the sales rep ****** me into financing and saying I can come back and trade in the car of my choice when I paid off the interest that went on it of me being a first time loan buyer. I went back several time to check in with him and to find out he actually quit his job!. now after been struggling to pay my car note of $700 to ****** finance along with my car insurance with State Farm.. every thing just keep adding up and costing me more than I can imagine. then loosing my job in the process causing me to backed up with late bill payments. Eventually my insurance canceled on me. I went back to sons Honda still trying to Trade Twice at first the value of the vehicle went down to 22k , I even check in with *** ***** ****** next door at a later date and he did want to purchase it from me for that price but I couldn't do so knowing I have 34k to pay off and would still owned the bank. I went back to sons couple months down the line again only to find out the value went down 15k as it keep on declining each time now more milage is on and now today August 16 2024 the Rav4 only worth 9k and i still remaining 28k to pay off. now they stating they can't trade with me because no bank will stand to finance me for a car that is less value than what I owed. I am so lost at this point now my finance back about to report me. just this one business with Sons Honda ruin my credit big time!. Anyone can help me please?!Review fromJennifer G

1 starEach time I bring my car in to have Sons Honda service department look into concerns I have on brakes, broken items or other key things, they always find a way to turn the lengthy experience into "my problem", placing me at fault or excusing the problem instead of fixing it. I have had to bring my new Honda Accord into service for squealing brakes. They inform me every time that it is due to rain, sun, heat, cold, or whatever the weather happens to be. At the price I paid for my vehicle, I should hear nothing. I've owned numerous Hondas and loved them all. This one has had things break, like the handle for lowering the seats, the visor for the sunroof coming loose, and of course the brakes. Each has been my issue and money has to be paid out, per the service department. The service manager, *****, did reach out to the manufacturer about the brakes. They said that they would do a courtesy change, but I would have to bring my vehicle in numerous more times. It's like I have to continue to be inconvenienced for Honda to make sure my car does what it should rightfully do. So today, I sit here again, inconvenienced after being told my appointment didn't show up in their system so they can "look" at my brakes to see if they can get them to squeak and get me prices to fix what should not have been broken. As always, I was told it would be about 3 hours of wait time. I did inform them that I have never sat here less than 3 hours.Review fromBr B

1 starI hate I ever spent my hated earn money with you. I put my 2013 Honda accord on the shop to fix timing chain case Re seal and valve cover gasket **** dollars. When I drop car off no waring lights were on when they said pick up my vehicle all waring lights were on. About 4 or 5 days later on the way home from work doing 70 mph my car jump hard once did it again twice car shut off break go out I almost lost my life. They agree to help me have it towed on there expense to shop so the can fix it. A week later they said it was my starter I just need a new one for 1k then talk me down to 500 dollars. Come to find out ***************** and ****** the service manager said the asy rocker chews up my cam meaning the motor blower because vehicle is out of time?! How can it be out of time when I just paid to fix the issue but on the way home the timing jump back twice on me. That means they didnt fix it correctly and it blew the motor. But now they dont want to fix it for free no more. They said **** for parts in which o spend my last **** dollars. I lost my job at the Athletes Foot sneaker store behind this and a weekly salary of 800 dollars. Sons Honda you just dont no how much pain hurt financially and mentally you all have put me through. I should have kept going to ** voyals Honda where I never had a issue with my vehicle. I need answers and compensation each month each week 40 hrs weekly and a new vehicle. I wont stop until this reaches someone over you that will understand the technician messed up and they found loose change dowm Inside my engine like how can that happen???Review fromSamantha E

1 starSons Honda's service tried to trick me into paying twice for the same maintenance that was completed on an earlier visit. I only realized it after reviewing previous service records . They also took my money and did not complete repairs that I paid for. The service department at this location is dishonest and unprofessional.Review fromBrittany H

1 starI purchased my 2022 Honda CRV on 2/11/22 from this dealership with 10 miles on it. It now has 29k and my tires are worn out. When I called and inquired I was told by service manager ******* that tires normally last 65k and alignment at 30k then when I informed her about my car specifically I was then told oops you should have an alignment at 15k and contact tire manufacturer about tires bc theres a warranty. I think its odd they quickly changed the recommendation once they found out I did in fact purchase my car from them. I contacted hankook and was told there is no warranty on new tires. It is considered original equipment on new vehicles and they can last ******k miles. This is absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service to not provide correct information and give customers the run around. I use to highly recommend sons Honda but I will be going elsewhere and trading my car in and never recommend a car be purchased or serviced in the poor service department who constantly acts like my car is a POS until they find out I did in fact purchase it brand new from them. Nobody will assist me and I keep getting the run around.Review fromCheryl D

1 star** I put my car on the computer which displayed turbo under-boost. I called this Honda dealership and spoke with **** in parts on 8/8 he told me the part was a little over **** and the total with labor would be ****. I also called ***** Honda and the Honda in ************* both their prices were within ****-1400 dollars. I took my ************** for an official diagnostic on 8/13/22 at 2PM. I already knew it was probably my turbo so I booked a rental on Sons Honda website, which was through their partnership with Enterprise. At 3:40p *****, who is a short, obese white young lady had been assigned as my service advisor. ***** informs me that they do not have time to finish the diagnostics on my car. I said why what time ya'll close she say 6, I'm thinking don't have time?? I tell her ya'll do have time no where on the website does it indicate that I have to book early in the morning for a diagnostic appointment. I asked ok where do I get my rental from. Apparently they do not have rentals because that account with Enterprise was no longer active. I tell her that needs to be updated online she says there is no way to. I say hire a web developer to add it you all wasted my time almost 2 hours and I have to have a car. They wanted to keep my car until Monday. I said let me speak to your manager. Then mysteriously I got to check out the loaner car. ***** tell me the total for my car would be $2222. I say no **** told me a different price she say **** works in parts he can't give service prices. I should have known not to trust ***** she is a liar she told me that on the accord depending on the model some come with turbos and some don't. If you gone work for Honda at least know the basics or research and get an answer before you just lie to the customer. I say something isn't adding up. I text 8/16/22 1:51p to ask is my car ready before I leave work. At 3:55 I haven't heard anything I call and speak with **** in service who tells me my total was ****. ***** text 4:38 le
