    Good afternoon, my name is ***************************, and Im requesting a refund for my purchase from the Shopify store ShopFitsRUs . I had ordered the ATL HANDMADE TAPESTRY JACQUARD ZIPPERED JACKET (order # *****) for a friend in December of 2023 and it arrived in February 2024. Unfortunately it did not fit, and when I expressed this to the seller, I was told me that it could be exchanged for a different size.After waiting for two months, I was finally sent a shipping label to send back my item, and the order # for my replacement was created (order # *****). The tracking number is **********************, shipped via USPS.As of today, Its now been several months since I sent back the jacket (the tracking number confirms it arrived without fail) with no communication on when my item will arrive, and at this point, given the fact that the Shopify store is now closed, it seems that it my item will not be coming. At this point, after going through months of back and forth with this seller, I simply just want to be compensated for the my purchase, as I do not even have the original jacket that I bought, nor has my replacement come as of writing this email. Ive been more than patient with the seller, but thus entire situation has been extremely frustrating, and the worst part is that Ive already contacted Shop / Shopify about this issue twice and it seems like no effort was made to contact the seller and rectify the issue. If theres anyway to receive the replacement jacket in the correct size, Ill begrudgingly accept it. But if not, its imperative that I get refunded for the original purchase total.

    On February 15 2024 i made an online purchase of ****** from the business fits r us. They took my money and I never received my purchase. I contacted the business twice asking for a refund, once by email and once by direct message on Instagram but still did not get a response from them. They still continue to send advertisements via email and actively post on social media but cant reach back out to my messages.

    I used paypal to order a birthday gift for my *******. I used her name and her address to ship. It's been over a month with no tracking number and no update. They have multiple emails and I attempted to contact them with no response. I submitted a complaint with PayPal and they have responded with a copy and paste saying no information or update only thay my order was placed and there could be shipping delay for international. I was there website shut down so no one has to go through this.
