    I placed an order for a couple blank guns, received a email that I needed to call and verify who I was, I did that, was told I would receive then in 3-10 days, . receive an email stating they were delivered but they r not in our at my post office.

    Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the mail carrier. This customer never once contacted us to resolve this. It was delayed by the ****, which is out of our control. We do however have a claims process after 30 days with no movement. That is NOT the situation here. Their package was delayed and is still on its way as of May 3rd. They will receive it. It was not delivered to a ************ It is being delivered to them. There should have been no reason to contact the BBB. They should have contacted us for assistance and information. No contact by this person was ever made with our company, and I would know, as I am the Sales Manager. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because: I attempted to contact the "company"only to receive a dropped call and an email that could not be replied to . and the address I gave is the post office and the tracking number said it was delivered over a month ago. I believe it is a scam.

    That is absolute nonsense. We respond and work with customers every single day. I even emailed you yesterday to your email that you provided on your order. I also called you, but you left a non-working phone number on your order profile. Weird. How does that look for you? I left you tracking for your order that is still to be delivered. You also charged back on your credit card. The items are being delivered to you. Technically, that is theft. If you accept delivery of these items when they arrive, and you have charged back on your payment method, you have NOT PAID for your items. This needs to be rectified immediately. Below is the text of the email that I sent you, that I still DO NOT have a response from you for. It appears in this matter, you may be, in fact, the UNTRUTHFUL one.  *********** is reaching out to you directly, and you are FAILING to respond, deceptively charging back on your credit card for items you purchased that are on their way to you. You Never contacted us, and if you did, it was a failed measly attempt and no real effort on your part was put in to contacting us. Again, below is the test of the email that was sent you yesterday. I would encourage you to respond and rectify the situation directly with our company. *********** has been in business over 60 years. This is nonsense and your complaint is unjustified and unfounded. Thank you. May this also be noted by the BBB that we have reached out to this person who is complaining and they are failing to respond to us.

I also received your BBB complaint. I thought this was strange since you did not even once contact our company first. Had you done that, I could have helped you resolve this. I also realize that you charged back on your credit card regarding this, however, the items are still on their way to you (see below). Can you please contact me at the phone number below so we can resolve this matter? Your time and attention in this matter are greatly appreciated. Thank you.
