5 starsI highly recommend Total Roof Solutions. ***** gave us the most thorough and best-priced estimate, and accommodated our scheduling needs on short notice with a short crew. The crew was very professional. They did a great installation job, then left my property clean despite having worked hard for 13+ hours in June heat to repair decking then roof the main house plus two outbuildings, all in one day. 5 starsReview Date: Mar 13, 2025 After experiencing repeated delays with another roofing company in ******* and waiting nearly two months without receiving the necessary scope of work for HOA approval, I decided to move on. Total Roof exceeded my expectations with their prompt and professional service. They inspected my roof the same day I called and quickly provided three repair options via email. Within just four days, they coordinated with my HOA and secured project ************ of the options was to convert the metal over to shingle. Since where the metal meets the shingles was where it leaked in both areas. I opted to convert it to shingles. This saved us nearly $11,000 vs replacing all the damaged metal areas. Total Roof foumd identical shingles down to the same brand, ensuring a seamless match. Their crew worked efficiently, removing the damaged sections and completing the job in a single day. They also documented the entire process with photos, showing me both the damage and the completed repair. 5 starsI would definitely recommend this company. They have replaced 2 roofs for me in the last 12 years and both times they gave me a fair price and everything was done as they said it would be.
