    I Would Give Below Zero star if I ****************** called KMT system is absolutely horrible. I had their alarm security system, and honestly, I never once felt secure or protected. For an entire week, the alarm was sending false signals to the dispatch center for a burglar alarmeven though the alarm wasnt activated. When it was activated, the alarm blared loudly, and we couldnt stop it, even after entering the correct code.I requested a technician to come out and inspect the system, and they charged me $125 just for the visit. Instead of addressing the actual problem with their faulty system, they made up an excuse, blaming the way we activated and deactivated the alarmsomething we've been doing the same way since we got the service. This is both unprofessional and ************ make matters worse, when the alarm went off, the dispatch center didnt contact us in a timely manner. This company is incredibly cheap, but I would rather pay more for a reputable company like ADT to get real service.The customer service was appalling. The manager I spoke with, *******, was extremely condescending and gave off the impression that they simply didnt care. I canceled my service because they showed me, time and again, that they dont care about their customers.Also, if you're going to charge me for a service call, at least notify me beforehand. Charging me without clear communicationespecially in this economyis unacceptable. While the $125 isnt a huge amount, the frustration and poor service caused me a lot of stress and disappointment.The companys voice answering service may say they care, but its clear they don't. Please, think twice before considering their service. You will not feel safe with them. The dispatch system, their customer service, and their overall system are all subpar. Pay a little more and go with *** or any other provider for much better service.
