    I cancelled my membership nearly a year ago. 2 weeks ago they charged me for 5 months of membership in 1 week. When I call the front desk girl said I have to dispute through the bank and they have no record of these charges. I have asked to speak to an owner, manager, or corporate but only the front desk girl will respond saying there is nothing they can do. The bank has provisionally returned 4 payments but will take so much time to sort out. True rest is able to reverse charges quicker.

    This clients card was attached to her ex boyfriends ***************** account! They both signed up together and she put her card down. This client was refunded $520, which is more than what she asked for. This complaint should be deleted as this client has already received a refund.

    This is untrue. We did not sign up together but both had an account but signed up at different times. He was not charged after canceling only I was. I did receive a refund of what was taken from me. Not more than I asked for. You were not authorized to take my money and lied about having a manager. As far as I was concerned the matter was over. I have provided all my documentation as back up. This should not be removed.

    *** and I did not sign up together. I became a member a few weeks before he did; we even received different membership rewards when signing up. He put his card down and paid exclusively for his as I did mine. At no time did he ever pay for my membership. I can supply bank records for both accounts if necessary. The only cross over is that I would make the appointments and I also asked for the cancellation. It appeared that everything was cancelled for quite a while before being charged again. 

    I attempted to contact True Rest *********, called the True Rest in downtown *******, and sent a message via Linkin to members listed under their corporate page to resolve this situation.  True Rest was unresponsive at all angles. I filed fraud with my bank, and we did all the necessary paperwork. At that point, I was charged for another monthly fee!!  I then posted my experience on True ************* page. I got a call almost immediately from a woman claiming to be the manger. She said that she had just begun working for the company in the last 2 weeks. She had found the issue and would reverse all charges. The bank informed me that if there was an issue they could take the money back within a 30-day timeframe. At this point True Rest can work it out with my bank.

    More than what I asked for? I asked for a business to refund of the money taken from my account for services that were not agreed upon. It did not need to go any further. I did not want to waste my time and energy going down this path. It has been a huge, unnecessary inconvenience. The response they provided shows how small minded they are in business dealings. This response is nothing but misinformation and lies. The first sentence of - Ex boyfriend is nothing more than *****. How can a business know of my relationship status; FYI... not an ex-boyfriend. Shame on you!! This complaint is legitimate and should in no way be deleted. This company has not acted in a trustworthy manner nor practices good business. Consumers should be informed.
