  I visited ********** on April 25, 2022 to get my taxes prepared for the tax years 2019 and 2020. I went there with my auntie *****************************, whom also had an appointment to see *************************. My auntie had her taxes prepared first. When it was my turn to get my taxes done by *************************, she told me to leave my tax documents for 2019 and 2020 with her and she would prepare them the next day. I paid ************************* an amount of $700 dollars in advance to prepare both tax years. ************************* did not provide me with a receipt but my auntie was right there as a witness when I put the $700 dollars in her hands. To explain this situation as brief as possible, ************************* never prepared my taxes for me, she gave me the run around for three weeks straight given me excuse after excuse, promising me that she would get around to preparing my taxes for me. I have demanded a refund of the $700 dollars that I placed in ************************* hands over the phone and in text messages, she refuses to give my money back and stopped responding to me. I told her to refund me my $700 dollars back to avoid going through a civil situation that can be avoided, but she refused. At this point I am going to do everything in my power to get my money back. ***************************** is a criminal and should not be preparing people's taxes. She is probably going to lie and say I did not give her $700 dollars but I expect, and I am prepared for that as well. I have since went to another tax preparer and had my taxes prepared for 2019 and 2020 which proves that ************************* did not provide me with any kind of service. I look forward to you all assisting me with this situation. Thanks!

  ************************* Co-Broke a desk in my office. Her payment was $100 per month. Her company is ********* Tax & Consulting Group.

  I have worked hard for this rating with the BBB  and this is, or will cause great financial harm to my small business.

  I would like this Libel and Slander to be taken off of my Company's Name - **********. This was a mistake on the clients fault and I would like it to cease and desist. Immediately.

  In response to this complaint, *********************** is being dishonest about ************************* not working for her. I have provided supporting documentation, which includes the business card I received from *************************, which haves her name as well as the *********** business name, and logo on the business card. There is no mention of a Lets Work Tax and Consulting Group on the business card which *********************** claims.  I have also included the email that I sent to ************************* on April 26, 2022 which is *********************** All of this is confirmation that ************************* was working under *********************** and probably still is. This whole situation shows and proves how dishonest and crooked both ************************* and *********************** are. I did not want to go through this process, I just wanted my $700 dollars back, but ************************* refused and obviously *********************** is not trying to cooperate. I am still asking for my $700 dollars back. I will take this situation as far as I need too until justice is served. Thanks!

  This is a copy of ************************* formation of her business. It was form on Dec 31,2021...Go the the Secretary of State for Ga to verify that this information is correct.  It is in effect until 2023.

  As you can see her business is registered at the same address as **********:  Address is *********************************. (attached proof of business license)

  There are several businesses there since its a Shared space. I am asking you to direct all communication to **************************** owner of Let's Work Tax & Consulting Group LLC (registered number at the **** for Ga Registration of her business license # is ***************** Phone # ************

  I am sorry that there is a misunderstanding but this is a concern for her Company (Let's Work Tax & Consulting Group LLC) not  (**********). I was not present when (You)  and ******* conducted business for her company. Please cease all contact concerning this matter. Any further claim or defaming of my character by calling me dishonest, Will be forwarded to my attorney . This is causing me stress and mental anguish.
