    We purchased this truck not even 2 month ago with warranty, my husband was in ******* when a code showed up in the dash board. We called to see if they could tell us about the code, they couldnt so they told us to bring it in. Once there they told us that they would need to do a diagnostic 2 hour min@$250 which we thought was crazy since the warranty should have covered it. Fast forward this lady called and told us the truck was ready and we had to pay $685, I immediately asked for a manager she said no manager was there, but the branch manager should be there when we come. Will we get there and waited for a good ***** minutes without her our any of the 3 guys behind acknowledging we were there. So I said her is anyone is working she told me I needed to be patient and wait, since she was on the phone with another gentleman asking to speak with the manager and wanted corporate number. As she was talking to the gentleman she told him she had to call me back she couldnt find corporates number, and I said to my husband thats hard to believe. She got off the phone slammed down the corporate number to me She said something rude and I got rude back to her she told me dont let her come from behind the counter and I told her to come I would beat her behind. So she came from behind the counter and I said so you want to fight, then she proceeded to say shes bringing my invoice and I need to come to the back and pay. I decided not to say anything else to her until she said something else and I snatched my keys and walked out. This white lady was very rude and if this is how the company operates I dont want to have anything to do with them. But I want my money back it doesnt make since what there trying to charge someone with warranty on a truck we purchased from this company.

    Spoke with ******************* about her experience at our location. Her truck sales rep went over the warranty coverage and how this particular issue was actually out of warranty. I spoke with her today and we discussed her overall experience and we both apologized for the situation. She is going to schedule to bring her truck back to have some issues repaired. She is going to call us ahead of time to let us know when she is on her way, we will work with her to correct the issue.
