    GA Urology incorrectly billed my insurance. After numerous attempts to contact them directly, they refused to return calls and messages. We then contacted our insurance provider. They also refused to return calls to our insurer. At this point, I am owed a refund and they refuse to return calls to me or my insurer.

    I had a Ureteroscopy performed by GU on 1/25/2024. Both ******** (Primary) and BCBS (Secondary) have made payment to GU for the bill in question. I received a bill (statement date 6/10/2024) and contacted ********** department at the number provided on the bill **************) and spoke with ***** (ext 8306). I explained that according to both ******** & BCBS, they paid what they are contractually responsible for paying. ******** & BCBS reps informed me that I am not obligated to remit payment for the balance (******) in which GU billed me for. I left ***** a detailed voicemail relaying the aforementioned information to her on 6/20/2024 @ 1:28 pm (awaiting ******* bill which reflects outgoing calls). Since that time, I have heard nothing from *****. Today, July 16, 2024, I received a duplicate bill which reflects that my account is thirty days delinquent based on **'s erroneous billing. I called ***** on July 16, 2024 @ 3:09 pm. Per usual it went directly to her voicemail. I did not receive a call back thus far.I want **'s billing department to remove this erroneous charge of $****** from my account as well as from all three credit bureaus immediately. I have impeccable credit and I want it to stay that way. I pay my just debts which is why my credit is immaculate. I should not be held hostage for a bill that both insurance companies state that I do NOT owe!!!!

    I scheduled an appointment.During the conversation of scheduling, I was told that I will pay $60 for a visit to consult with a doctor.I asked a few times in the conversation and I received the same answer. Also by being in your clinic before checking out, I made sure that I have nothing else to pay and now I receive this high bill, which is unacceptable. I tried reaching you in the office. I got an answer that there is no conclusion for me and Im waiting on a manager to call me back which did not call me yet. This matter is going on already more than two weeks and nobody sells it for **** will appreciate if one of you can call me back.Thank you

    For the past 12 to 15 years I have been going to Georgia urology for treatment. They usually bill me every 2-3 months for insurance adjustment. In other words, what the remainder of the insurance didnt pay, 35 $65 sometimes. Its never been an issue until now, theyre trying to double charge. I recently got a bill for $103.54. For service that was ******* and February 2018. They are saying that I did not pay it. I am saying, I did pay, since they charge mr every 2-3 months when they send a bill. My question is why are they waiting so long and I do not have those invoice records to show that I paid the bill since its two years out.
