    ****** was absolutely awful. She showed up with minutes to spare and then proceeded to talk to everyone like she was a wedding guest. Mind you, this was a hour booking. Nothing over the top just wanted our small wedding documented. She originally said it would take 4-6 weeks to get the photos back. At week 6 we reached out (since she has ZERO communication with us on the progress) and she said that they were almost ready and it shouldnt be more than a week for them to be completed. We continued to reach out since we still hadnt gotten them back with no responses. Finally, at week 11 with zero response we texted with expectations they would be delivered to us at by week 14 or we wanted a full refund. She responded with excuses regarding the delay but non of which should have caused our pictures to be delayed for 14 weeks. On the 14th week to the day, she send an email with our pictures. Overall terrible customer services and zero accountability on her own deadline. The pictures are over edited and not great quality. I would not recommend her to anyone or use her again.
