    On 8/07/2024, owner Toney W******* collected the remaining balance of $4350 for the completion of 4 areas of concrete installation which totaled $5550 for the completed work. The work was to be as follows;

    1. Extended driveway for the installation of a shed
    2. Walkway
    3. Patio
    4. Slab of concrete for the purpose of building a music studio.

    After consulting with builders to build the music studio, I was told that the slab for #4 above was unusable and would require breaking up and removing and then repouring the concrete and finishing it as level concrete. This is because G&T construction poured the concrete 10” out of level.

    I would like to get a partial refund to reimburse the amount of concrete that was incorrectly poured, plus an additional amount to remove the bad slab of concrete.

     I agreed with **** ***** to settle this matter in a partial refund because of the misunderstanding we had. He said at first it was going to be a storage bldg.Once he agrees we will settle.

    I had a job done to extend my driveway. The addition was poured. They left a bunch of concrete residue all over my existing driveway and hacked the bottom of my wooden gate so they would close. Not a straight line at all. Never cleaned up mess. Very unprofessional. Didn’t clean up any of the cement left over. Would like partial refund.

    No refund bcuz the work was done as he wanted. He was a very rude person and showed very bad anger issues.We waited a week before we did the job and he had no issues about the forms that were up.
