    Our 20 year home roof with 30 year asphalt shingles were completely expired. After reviewing contractors in my vicinity I asked **************** to do a free inspection of the old roof (which was leaking and had been patched several times). **** responded in the same day and confirmed what we already knew. He spent considerable time on the roof measuring and taking pictures to share with me and my wife, ***** (I am not able to mount the roof at my age). He took all the time we wanted to go over the pros and cons of a conventional asphalt shingle roof versus a steel one. When we completed the calculations, the steel roof was only 1K more. It was a no brainer. Because of afternoon squalls on the Georgia Coast (go figure) it took 4 days to complete from when I pulled the trigger. Thats **** fast!On the last day I cooked ribeye steaks for everyone as a reward for a job safety and very well done and I learned a little Spanish too. If you thought the sun was hot, you should have tasted the chilies!**** and your crew, a fine job well done!., now if we could just have some rain so we could hear it beating on our beautiful roof, it would be perfect.
