    July 30, ,2024I took the car i for transmission issues, burnt cables, & brakes. I was told I would have my car within 2 weeks. I did not get my car back for a month. 10 minutes after driving the car , it was having the same issue that the technician had invoiced for the repair. I asked them to refund in order to take it elsewhere to have it repaired. They refused and stated they would repair. I took the car back , again after driving off the car still had the issue. 4 1/2 months, I was not able to drive my vehicle because the car had to be taken back multiple times. I lost my job due to the car had to be taken and left in the shop. I still do not have the ability to drive my car because it is still not fixed. I paid the business in good faith that the job was completed.

    I stopped by Complete Auto on 10/18/2024. I was told once again, they are working on it. I asked if they wpuks return my money so I Dan take it somewhere else. I was told if they agreed to it, they would have to remove several parts before I could get it. I would think my used parts were disposed of so that would still leave my car inoperable. It has been 5 months since I took my car to ******** ***** I lost my job due to transportation,  recently had surgery  and struggle finding a ride to appointments and other errands. What are my options at this point? I continue to keep the registration and insurance on the car but won't be able to pay it without my car.
