      I was to pay for the concrete for Little Red. The cost was quoted at $175 per yard. I was charged $180 on 17 yards and 69 yards for $190.

      Concerns about transaction are listed below:
      -Price quoted was not followed.
      -1st 2 loads were to have fiber and didn't. I have hand written note form your dispatcher. How do i go about getting compensated for the error. I'm concerned that they concrete will crack prematurely.
      -The concrete delivery for 5-6-2025 was scheduled at least 3 days in advance for 11am and 1st load was at least 2.5 hrs late. There was 6 employees sitting around doing nothing and was not finished with job until past 10pm due to your delay. When I called i was told 'We are swamped". Concrete company called several times as well. Totally unacceptable.
      -I have called at least 3 times to talk to a manager only to be told one would call me back. Never did.
      -Concrete company also called to be told we would get a call back and never did.

      Spoken with ******* twice regarding this concrete.  Apologized for the lack of communication.  We have been shorthanded dealing with a death in the office.  We have issued ******* a check for the balance owed at the lower quoted price.  This was agreeable to *******.  Issue appears to be resolved.  Thank you,
