      We have used them for over 2 years. Because of the treatment and incidents that have happened this past week from the owner, we have moved to another HVAC company.
      Issue started last Thursday, 3/20, about 5:30 when our main level vents were putting out hot air & temp was over 80 degrees. I called Nathan B. He LAUGHED at me. He said his techs were not available & what did I want him to do. I told him we had a contract. He called me back & told me he threatened the tech (who services our house)–told TECH HE WOULD FIRE HIM if he did not come and service our unit!
      So we did not have air conditioning until two days ago (Wednesday) when the new panel was installed. However, the same thing happened with this new panel last night (Thursday, 3/27) about 7 pm. Hot air started coming out of vents-again. I called N. Baugh, over 80 degrees again. Temporarily fixed this morning.
      Nathan said the original thermostat panel was the issue! And, HE WANTED ME TO PAY THE OVER $700 FOR THE NEW PANEL! I said I wanted the old panel back since it was doing the same thing and just replaced Wednesday morning. I wanted to see if the old panel worked okay with the magnet slide. Nathan told tech he threw it out. He said I could keep the new panel if I let him fix an outside control board (which I have learned costs close to 3 grand) and pay for that OR I could switch to a new company. I said I will switch to a new company. When the tech told Nathan that, he told the tech to PULL THE MAGNET SLIDE OFF that the tech just installed to fix our a/c - meaning we would NOT have air conditioning. I was in tears. I did not think this was right. The tech called Nathan back to reconsider it, and Nathan then agreed to let us keep the magnet slide. But I could tell that Nathan had some choice words. I also heard him earlier this morning when the tech was trying to figure out what was wrong with panel. Phone was on speaker, and there were some not nice words.

      Nathan called me to resolve the billing issue and I am 100 per cent satisified.
