    I purchased a new construction home from Professional Home Builder, LLC/Darrell P***** located at *** ********* ***** *************, Georgia, which was purchased on ******** *, 2023. As part of the purchase, the builder provided a [1-year home warranty, covering defects in workmanship and major systems, including HVAC. However, despite multiple requests, the builder has failed to honor the warranty by addressing a malfunctioning HVAC issues.

    The issue began on February 2024, and I have experienced inconsistent heating/cooling and proper airflow throughout the house and a very noisy ac unit. This has significantly affected my home’s livability. I contacted Professional Home Builder, LLC/ Darrell P***** numerous times both by call and text but he has either ignored my requests, denied responsibility or provided temporary fixes.

    To resolve this issue, I have sent him a certified return receipt letter and made several attempts to reach him but the builder has failed to take appropriate action.

    Start from the beginning, i have gone far and beyond to satisfy this home owner. When they purchase the home in December 2023, i gave them a 1 year warranty on the HVAC system, Electrical system, and plumbing system. Doing the summer of 2023 they complain that the hvac system was not performing correctly so we look into there problem and had the entire duct system replace by ****** ***** *** out of ************* and everything was fine at that point. Well as soon as the winter came in they complain again that the system was performing correctly so we change the system out from a 2.5 ton system to a 3 ton system. After that everything was ok. One month later they complain that the house still was not heating up so i sent another heating and air company (*** ** ****** ***** ****************) to look at the system and after some test he concluded that the customer was use to gas system not a heat pump system because the system was working properly. Now they are asking me to install a 4 ton system on a **** square feet house that clearly dont need it. I really dont know why they keep asking me to do more when i have gone above and beyond to please.

    We at Professional Home Builder, have done all that we are required by law to do.  This house pass all codes by the ************* code office with no complaints. 

    I am sorry that this customer is not happy with my response, but i am asking that this be closed.
