    Update,we sold our home in St.Louis & moved to GA in May. We are living in a travel trailer because our home is still not finished . The house was moved to our property in June , foundation started almost 6 weeks & still not completed. No answer from the company about septic system or permit for our barn. The trailer park turns off water & electric for the winter & we will have no where to live. We signed our contract in February 2022 & put down a $50,000 deposit. I can’t believe it is taking this long.

    We gave them $2000 to hold the house will being approved, also part of our down payment. We had already been approved but with a different mobile home company. They took $268 for a "credit application fee" that we were not aware of. Tried to ask for something in writing saying that would be taking from our down payment, but they would not answer me or send us anything!
