      Bug House pest control has refused to honor my contract with them by failing to control and/or eliminate the ant infestation in my yard. Their failure forced me to spend additional funds and countless hours attempting home extermination remedies. The infestation dates back to at least November 2023 when the company initially told me I had no contract for this type of infestation in my yard. Months later, they corrected their error and informed me of this service included in my contract. After two technicians treated the yard and installed an inadequate number (six) of ant bait traps, the infestation has worsened. Ants have consistently infested my cars, deck and yard. I began calling the office on/about 9/24/24 to voice my complaints and request additional service to rectify the infestation. My repeated requests to speak to the manager have been ignored. No one has offered to send a technician to re-treat the infestation and affected areas. On 11/26/24, I returned a call to Crystal at Bug House Pest Control, who had called on 11/25 to schedule basic quarterly treatment (this would not address the ant infestation). I explained my concerns and frustration again. She noted the multiple messages I had left requesting a call from the manager. She didn’t know why he hadn’t responded or addressed the service problem. At the time, I said I’d cancel the service, but it was out of frustration of being ignored for weeks and having no alternative solution. I insist that Bug House Pest Control refund the amount submitted and fulfill their contract obligations by eliminating the ant infestation at no additional cost to me.

      Good morning, we are in the process of resolving this issue. Customer has our ant yard treatment service with a 6-month guarantee. Customer has only called us for resprays 2 times in a 6 month span to handle ants which we serviced. I believe the customer had expectation of seeing no ants at all which is very difficult to do and that's why we have a re application guarantee of 6 month. We have left voicemail for customer to call us back so we can credit his money of $225 in hopes to make sure he is satisfied. Thank you.

      Bughouse has billed me for a service call I did not recieve and after I cancelled my services with them. They have a terrible communcation with the local Bughouse office in **************** who told me I did not owe this when I complained about the false billing. I have emails proving I dont owe this. I comminicated this all over again with the ***** Office all last year. I told them to check their notes with ************* office. A woman named Robin from ****** ** office continiues to harrass me.
