    On 9-9-24 we had our roof replaced and we were told we needed to bring in a heating and cooling specialist to put in new flue pipe for our hot water heater and replace flashing collar and cap. Also replace flashing collar and cap for gas furnace flue ******* husband went into our attic to check the work and found the pipe is sitting on the trust. This is a fire hazard. We have called the company several times and text them and sent pictures and no one is responding to us.Regarding the furnace flue pipe it was installed without elbow and is crooked, and part of it has pulled out of the hot water heater. We paid for an elbow to be put in, which was not installed. Furnace flue pipe used on ceiling was supposed to be new.We were charged $625 for this work again they have not tried to get in touch with me to fix the issues. I have called. I have also sent a text with pictures to the owner of this company. His name is Rocky.Because Rocky has not even attempted to get in touch with me. I had my husband stop payment on the check. Its not about the money. Its about the integrity of him and his employees not doing the job correctly and possibly causing my house to catch on fire because of that pipe sitting on the wood.I had a home inspector look at the pictures that were sent to Rocky and he said that this is a code violation and that it is a fire hazard. ( If the check goes through I want a full refund)
