This company sent someone to fix my heat. The heat upstairs wasn't working but it was working downstairs and has been perfectly fine for years. They showed up, fixed the heat upstairs for $250. As soon as they left, the heat downstairs has suddenly stopped working. I called the next day and their excuse is that the heat downstairs was still working when they left. Even though, after they left, the temperature has dropped constantly by the hour. Now they want to recharge me a minimum of $100+ to come back out and fix the heat downstairs. I've already asked my husband to dispute the $250 charge because they basically fixed the upstairs and damaged the downstairs heat so we really profited nothing. He is trying to negotiate to be kind and wants to believe that i downstairs heat just happened to break down randomly after this company was tampering with our heating system. Plus, they have the audacity to try and recharge us instead of fixing what they obviously broke. I do not recommend this company unless you want to throw away a few hundred dollars. We are already struggling and falling on hard times. This is really disheartening. We have a family and we are not made of money. This is bad business.

    Mrs. *****,

We are very sorry you feel this way, however we provided you with a **************** to diagnose one system, the upstairs system. Our standard serve fee is $75. A high voltage repair was completed for $175, again our company fee for this service, which concluded restoring power back to your upstairs unit leaving it working properly. Communication was made with your husband throughout the appointments entirety as he was present with our technician. The downstairs system was never serviced by our company. Another charge was never discussed to return to the property. Our services were concluded and completed. Please feel free to contact another contactor for any of your HVAC needs going forward.
