    Dreamworks completed my bathroom remodel on August 25, 2022. Within a few weeks, the grout began to crumble off of the shower and floor tile. I took pictures and contacted the tile installer on September 18 to ask him to fix it and an unrelated issue with the backsplash in my kitchen. I thought these issues were only cosmetic. He sent a colleague to review and inspect the issue on October 1. The tile installer declined to assist and his colleague arrived to repair it on October 17. Upon starting work in the bathroom he discovered the following (see email attached): "soft, uncured, molded mastic underneath, and no mastic on the middle of either tile. Up on further inspection, the tile in the shower was also done with mastic and is seeping water, causing the grout to separate and fall apart. The toilet was not screwed down to the ****** either. All tiles in the bathroom likely have mold and uncured mastic (not rated for showers, and the bathroom will need to be demolished and redone properly."I immediately contacted the owner ****** and the project manager **** on October 17. I left a voicemail with ****** and spoke to ****, who said he would also contact ******. I sent a follow-up email as well. On October 19 I printed the documents and photos attached and sent them to Dreamworks via certified letter, asking them to contact me about repairing the bathroom. On October 24, ****** emailed me to say he received the letter and would contact the tile installer. Having heard nothing from him by October 28, I followed up to leave a voicemail and sent another email.To date I have heard nothing since October 24. This is blatantly unacceptable and mold is likely to continue to grow in my bathroom, causing risk of health issues. I had already paid them in full with the expectation that this job was done correctly. I want Dreamworks to contact me within one week (5 business days) and repair the shower tile, floor tile, and toilet by December 1 at no additional cost to me.
