    I had my car towed to this location on/ or around Oct 25 2024. My car was leaking oil on ground. They contacted via email with their findings stating it needed engine oil pump as well as coolant expansion tank, engine front casket cover, brake pads front/back. I contacted them to say I would be picking up car that was too much money.I was advised not to continue to drive car it was unsafe. So I approved the work upon the advise. I didnt hear from them after about a week I called them they said the car will be ready the next day. So I went to there to get the car. I got halfway home car was running hot I had to purchase antifreeze to put in car they had not put any in there which they should have they charged me for it. I contacted them to tell them something wasnt right they said to bring it back. I had sudden death in families ** so I had to leave town the car sat parked the entire time not driven the entire 2/3mos I was gone. Nov/dec.I got back Jan. 7 as I start to drive the car thats when I was able to see its was leaking oil and coolant worse then it was before I took it to them it wasnt leaking coolant at all before they did what they did. so I called was given apt to bring car in. I was telling them the car is not fixed. The owner ***** was there she was not customer friend** at all. We went back and forth with words I told her I think she should be willing to work with to resolve the problem considering how much money was spent. Eventual** she said she would diagnose again well the diagnostic revert back to the same issues they say they fixed. She say she wasnt fixing for free and gave me a another price for *******. At that point I said no more money and left with car.
