      They sold me a defective Toyota batter and they refused to do diagnostics on the battery when I took it back to the dealership . They also refused to ho e me a refund because I had to take my car somewhere else and get a new battery. I filed a complaint with Toyota customer relations and they have been giving me the runaround and no one has called me to rectify the situation!

      When the customer came in to request a refund,  she'd already taken the vehicle to a Non-Toyota facility, brought a battery slip that we couldn't verify. I offered to exchange the bad battery since it was in the first time period for a swap. She didn't want that. I refused a refund due to her not having the vehicle towed here, which we would've paid for and could've swapped out the battery as the procedures dictate. Please close out this case.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      This is a complete lie! You never wven looked at the battery or the information I told you I had. You accused me of leaving my lights on in my but you or anyone never did any diagnostics on the battery and I told you I have it with me. And still no one has contacted me as I was told so. Its interesting that they are responding so quickly now that I have filed this complaint with the BBB but nobody has called me. I am still requesting a refund for that defective battery

      I am rejecting this response because:

      They have avoided my multiple attempts to rectify this situation, this is why I an requesting a refund. Its interesting that they will reply so quickly to this BBB claim but lied about contacting me on the phone. Now they are quick to respond and say its the final decision just to ignore me and no attempts at resolution or refund. I will file another claim and or have this escalated to the next step. I am rejecting this because this offers absolutely no resolution!

      Transaction DATE: 16 December 2022 *** Consumer Alert ***Bad business practices by Toyota South Atlanta, *****************************. Morrow, **.*****.PLEASE READ TWICE,,,,, especially the Ladies ***Ladies Im not saying that you are not capable but please get the Loving male figure in your life that knows about automobiles to check for any services that your vehicle may need. That being said,,, I went to the above Dealer {with an appointment} and still waited 1hour & 40 minutes for a simple oil change, after receiving my vehicle back I drove off from the service area Now I do what I normally do,, check the oil filter myself,, and low and behold the same filter that I had placed a **** on,, was still on my vehicle & the oil was overfilled by {1} whole quart of oil. {see picture} that could have caused major damage to my vehicle. After bringing this to the attention of the Service Manager {***************************} ,,,,he offered no apology {SAD} and said he would correct it, so I told him that, that would be fine as long as I could see it with my own eyes, so I went into the service bay to observe the correction & as you can see {in the attached picture},, during draining the old bad oil from my car,,, that the 5 quart oil container is completely full and the bottom of the container itself is covered by about 2-3 inches of old bad oil from the bottom,,, the mechanic had put {1} quart of clean oil on top of 5 quarts of old bad oil.*** Again ****************** ***Please be aware of the efforts of the maintenance department @ the above to UP-SALE you for maintenance that you do not need and an inferior service provider.Toyota South Atlanta ******************* Morrow, **. ***** *** Please fill free to contact me for more details. ***

      From the Service Manager, ***********************, the associate has been entered into disciplinary action. Re-Training of proper procedures have been addressed with all express service technicians and we will be responsible if any damages arrive from the previous stated repair. If any other repairs, are required outside of the realm dealing with the oil usage of the vehicle, the customer will be responsible for those repairs.

      To whom it may concern,
      I am formally rejecting your response to resolve due to the vagueness of the written statement dated 27 December 2022. Allow me to add clarity as to what my desire for resolution is, first as you can see in the attached service invoice {see attachment} it states that the Service Advisor was ****************************, which is incorrect, the gentleman that was the Service Advisor at my appointment,, I believe his first name is ****/**** and *************************** was the Service Line Manager that assisted in making the corrections on my vehicle. I don't know if this is some attempt to Cloud the issue at hand but I don't know who this shaka Zirie person is or what he has to do with this transaction, but this type of minimalist attitude is not conducive to working toward a reasonable resolution. With that in mind: In today's labor force people come and go at a record pace and for all that I know these people could be terminated tomorrow, therefore the only reasonable resolution would be a letter, on Company Letterhead with an apology along with an explanation of mechanical responsibility, signed by the Owner of Toyota South Atlanta ********************************* Morrow, **. *****, because they would be the only person with the authority to uphold and maintain the validity of this request.

      Atlanta Toyota south told me to come and purchase a car for zero dollars down and charge me for the purchase of a credit application in writing stating that it was cash payment of approximately $2500.00 with no negative inquiries on my background report for 780 fico score projected and 720 Fico in standing. I was guaranteed a car that was a 90 day guarantee with a refund and a credit ********** and gps sirus radio XM and tracker included but the. Vehicle 2019 Toyota Highlander that has been on their care before throughout the contract and nothing was as they said contractually Atlanta Toyota South breach the binding contract running my credit for cash and cash for credit transaction is a violation of my rights and not only sold me a lemon car in which my agent *********************** reported to Toyota corporation several times with claim numbers in hand! Also reported to Atlanta Toyota south about the car being a lemon was written a check by *********************** and guaranteed a service ***** offered a ************* and wanted to run my background for the second time after being given a lemon. The dealership still has my vehicle and has not reached out to ********************* or ******************************** both emails reached out to ************************ and ******* the owner/GM over ************ The finance team and manager **** and no response! Please help me receive my cash the dealership owes me and my free new truck according to the ************ my car was declared a lemon by the dealership and its Third party!! Please settle soon call anytime **********

Purchased and then resold to a dealership where on carfax it was last located in ********** **. That was not under ******* Automotive. Contact *************************

      I received a contest game play in the mail that says I won $25,000.00 but the dealership wont confirm over the phone whether or not this is true or a ploy to lure me to their dealership. The manager hung up the phone twice, after being very rude. I want to know ahead of time if this is an actual winning ticket or not .       The contest states that the winning number must be confirmed. We have confirmed that a winning number has been mailed, the prize has been verified, insured and certified to be given away once the matching number is verified. we sent ******* mailings so this client has a 1 in ******* chance of being the winner (far better odds than playing the lottery). But, We are not a non- profit and our intentions are ************* cars through this promotion. If the customer cannot get off their couch and come down to participate in the promotion, then we have nothing to offer them.
