      Dont shop !! Dont shop This place is a rip off I bought a Toyota Camry from the May 27 2023 I didnt bring the car home until June now I ask over and over again did yall check the whole engine to make sure everything is ok now October I take the car in and they say the transmission is gone how , I spoke with sale, and service and they say why did you buy a car from us with miles on it and we cant fix it because the warranty gone but why yall sold me this car less then 5 months and this happen it not fair to at all and the only they say why did you buy it are we can put you in other car! Also keep in mind I called them for about a week and left messages and no one never called me back its not fair they are selling cars to customers and the cars dont work and refuse to fix the issue at I think they need to be close down I paid for a car now I have to pay for a transmission I even ask that we go half on it because thats only fair and they still said no at all no care at all they sold me a car that the transmission was going out !! This plaice have so many complaints I will be reaching out to everyone I can we all need to contact the owner and insurance company for car because they can not be allowed to do this to customers that are paying for cars to get ripped off by a big dealership like this..

      There is an aggressive and DISRESPECTFUL level of pressure applied to customers here. The Management here, if they are condoning it or even pushing AGGRESSIVE sales tactics need to be ashamed of themselves. I refuse to let ANYONE coerce me into a car sale or force me to believe that I shouldn't be *********** options. A vehicle is an INVESTMENT, and NO, you are NOT going to rush me into making a decision. They could have had a car sale today. But instead, they decided to be absolute as*hole** and treat me like scum under their shoe. I will never come here again and will be sure my entire ******* PLUS following via 3 social media fronts don't patron here either.

      I bought a 2018 Toyota Rav4 on May 24. We were told during our test drive the tires were new, The reason we asked was because we felt a bouncing, the sales consultant stated it could have been a balancing issue and he took it back and got it balanced. We bought the car, my dad drove my car home for me and did not say if he felt anything so I drove to work the next day and felt it, upon getting it checked I was shown all tires were different, I called the dealership and was told I did not purchase a CPO so nothing they could do. I spent $1000 to get tires and alignment 2 days after the purchase. I still felt the vibration so got it further inspected and was told it was the hub bearings and was quoted $700 for each side and $100 for another alignment and the ** belt tensioner was going out . So I called Toyota again to speak a manager and no returned my call. After around 1.5 months I called demanded to speak with one. For 2 weeks the manager told me he gave my problem to service and never got a call back. I finally had a day off on 7/27 and showed my face up there the service manager said he a was never told about me calling that the car was never inspected before I bought it and it should not have been sold without being checked out first and he was going to have the car inspected and take care of the issues and give me a loaner. I take my car back up there on 7/28 they inspect it and said the bearings do need to be changed, but will not fix the ** issues that sales and him got together and they did not want to really fix the bearing issue but he decided to do it so he could not do both. I've had these issues since buying the car and should not have to put this much money into it this soon, if it was a buy here pay here I would understand, but not a reputable Toyota dealership. I have an appointment on 7/31 to get the bearings changed, but there are still other issues

      Hi I purchased Toyota OEM Tow Hitch and wire harness from them on June 29.The website states their price is $277.30 and the wire harness for $153.40 and they charged me shipping for $118.63 for a total of $549.33.Today 7/10/23 I get a email from them saying Thanks for placing an order with us. Your order has been placed on HOLD. The part number you ordered is incorrect pricing. Part number is pk960-42k10 and it is $529.55 compared to the incorrect price which was $277.30. If you would like the correct part, please give us a call at ######### and reference order number ####### so we can collect the additional $252.25.

      My experience with this dealership has been not good. Will I recommend a friend no because the repair service department gives me the impression there is someone that doesn't know what they are doing every 3 months it's repair time they tell me the car is old. But, I take care of my vehicle.

      My Toyota stopped on me without warning my experience with Toyota on this matter was horrible. This message was shorten to fit the comment box. I was on the highway going 65 miles per hour and my car engine stopped with no warning at all! My car was always maintenance by the dealership and nothing was told to me that anything was wrong with this car. We could have lost our lives. When I reached out to Toyota at @toyotasouthatl for my car to be towed the operator rudely told me ****** would call me. ****** called me and said it would be three days before they could get a mechanic to diagnose the problem. ****** called back days later to say there is no compression in the motor. He said I could call him before 2pm to tell him what I would do. When I did, he wasnt there. I started asking for higher up. I called over three times trying to get a person to hear my concerns. ******* who said she was a manager, put me on hold, came back and said her supervisor was at lunch. She said *************************** would call me back. He didnt. I called back and was sent to several voicemails including the service director of Toyota South Atlanta. I called back and spoke with ***** asking for corporate. She said they dont have a corporate office. She put me to a queue with a recording that eventually offered the platform to make a complaint. I got ********. I told him the difficult time getting to someone who could hear me. I told my vehicle woes and we could have been killed. He said hes sorry to hear this but will document. I want them to fix it. ******** said he would document it on file. He placed me on hold and said I will need to pay. They didnt care since the car was not injured in this process!! No one is addressing the safety issue! ******** said I will document it and can offer you a reference number for the documentation do you want the reference number and if theres nothing else have a great rest of your day. Im totally disappointed!! Zero stars Toyota! This is awful!!

      Toyota South used to be the place to go to have your Toyota serviced. Not anymore. In the course of 4 days from 3/31/2023 to 4/5/23, I took my car in for tire service due to the tire indicator light. I was told my tires had been checked and new sensors were installed. I paid for the service. Two days later I had a flat. I was instructed to come back. I returned, I requested and paid for a new tire and did not make it home before I had another flat tire with the tire in question. I contacted the dealership and received no response after three attempts. I had to contact my auto carrier for roadside assistance. To date, I have not heard from Toyota South. I left a message on their chatbot and later received an email that offered no resolution. If you need to go there, have your car inspected to confirm you receive the service/product(s) you paid for. I'm not sure what has happened to this location, but buyers beware.

      I have been using this location for six to seven years and always got wonderful service until March 8, 2023. I spent $353 which may not seem like much but it is a lot to me. I just looked under the hood of my car and saw parts missing and the air filter cover was just laying on the top and no bolts were put back. I have left several messages with the Service Manager ************ and one message for GM *************************** and NO ONE has returned my call.

      I was extremely disappointed at what occurred on February 26, 2023 when I visited the location in Morrow, ** *****. I have been in text communication with the ***********************, sales manager, through out the day in reference to a 2020 ****** Armada. **************** advised that the vehicle was available and I made an appointment for 30min later. I noticed on the website that there were 14 ****** Armadas on the lot so I was sure that I would be able to aquire the vehicle.I get to the location and I'm told that the vehicle had been sold which is fine I understand that sometimes things happen. I the request to look at one of the other 13 ****** Armadas that was on the website. Myself and a sales associate searched the lot and locate only one on the lot that apparently they did not own. The sales associate the explained that they have several locations and that I needed to look at the Carfax of each one to find out the location the vehicles. The associate then attempted to have me locate a different vehicle. I explained to the associate that I came there for a ****** Armada, it was deceptive to have a vehicle on your website that incidate it is at your location, then confirm it is at your location, for the vehicle and other not to be there. This reminds me of the bait and switch sales tactic. Where an sales associate with tell you they have an item to get you to the location just to tell you it is no longer available, then attempt to sale you an different item.I recommend to the sales associate that the website needed to be changed to indicate the actual location of the vehicle, that the vehicle could be shipped to the location, etc. I have confirmed that there was nowhere on the site that indicated the actual location of the vehicle. I went to the ****** dealer next door (****** of Morrow) and was able to purchase a 2020 ****** Armada
