On 12/07/2023 at 7pm my significant other had made an online order to purchase pizza from Dominos on Mt. Zion Rd. After an hour and a half passed by, he called to check on the order. The lady on the phone answered and said it would be another hour and a half before they could deliver our order. He was explaining to her that it's already been 1 hour and a half and we have to wait another 1 hour and 30 minutes. She said yeah. Then she states to him that he sounds "intoxicated" and she's cancelling his order and hung up. He called back and I got on the phone and I asked her how can she say he's intoxicated? How can you cancel our order? My significant other talks slower than normal, that was very offensive and disrespectful. Then I told her we have kids that are waiting to be fed how can she just cancel our order, she then told me if she had kids to fed she wouldn't be on the phone talking about a cancelled order. Again very disrespectful and very rude. I asked her for her name and she told me her name was "******" and she's the district manager. I asked her for her last name and she told me I didn't need it. She said "they know who I am". this is no way to run a business or treat paying customers. A human being at that. We are very disturb by her actions and would like for this to be addressed accordingly.
