  Hired *************************** who said he was the business license in ******* to build house,which his wife ***************************** is the license ********************* was using her for the license left my house in a mess had to hire an attorney to threaten to *** them just to get them to fix my floor. That his crew installed incorrectly He put all of my interior doors in crooked sheet rock I have been fighting with him since April 22 Missing several receptacles in master bedroom and outside garage door for power outlet too much to list anyone from the better business is welcome to come look at my home I will not let **** come to my home because he was caught stealing which I am also pressing charges for stealing

  I am writing to respond to the complaint filed by ***********************. At the bottom of the page you will find direct answers to each of his claims.
  
  Please also note that ******'s home and every home we build is inspected by the governing local municipality, in this case Hall County *******. We passed each of the County required inspections on the first attempt, with positive comments from the inspector as well as from *********************** and his family members and friends who walked the home. jEach of them spoke about how well the home was built and how structurally sound it had been built. ****** went so far as to personally approach my trade partners to do work directly for him finishing his basement. ###SEVERAL **DE VILATIONS WITH ELECTRICAL WAS ****** TO **** **UNTY UNTRUE STATEMENT 
  
  The perfect home has yet to be built and ours are no exception. We strive to be the best at what we do and ask that when errors or oversights occur that you judge us by our ability to respond and make things right. Respectfully, ****** never afforded us that opportunity. He refused to allow me access to his home, he went so far as to have one of my trailers towed off the property while I was out of town at my youngest son's graduation. Towing of my trailer resulted in a flat tire and a broken axle which cost over $900.00 to repair and have replaced. He refused to make his final payment and to this day denies the fact that he still has an open balance. The memo line from the last check he did write clearly states "Partial Final Payment". I don't know how that can be misconstrued as anything other than what it says. ###LEFT TRAILER THERE FOR 45 DAYS NO WORK WAS DONT HAVE PIC AND TO PROVE IT (NOT TRUE WHEN THE **** SERVICE PICKED UP TRAILER IT WAS JUST LIKE HE LEFT IT ) 
  The claims that I stole from his property are baseless and patently false. ****** did contact a Hall County investigator to file charges of theft. I spoke with the investigator and the file was summarily closed due to the fact that ******'s accusations were found to be completely untrue. No charges were ever filed.####************** LUMBER FROM ME I HAVE IT ON PICTURES,WAS ARESSTED IN BANKS ** FOR THIEF
  We take each customer's satisfaction very seriously and we are deeply troubled by the fact that the ******* appear to be so upset and feel harmed. As a testament to our commitment to customer service, we chose to refund the Rylee's $11,000.00 in an attempt to de-escalate a volatile situation. We hoped this would be the end of the matter.###ONLT TO FIX FLOORING HE DAMAGED FOR POOR ******* SHIP
