DO NOT USE FOR FLOORING!We had ***** install our floors in July 2021. We have been trying for a year to get ***** to come back and fix the s**** *** that his workers made during the installation process of our floors. During our installation, ***** even fired all of his workers, which took additional time to complete my floors. It took 5 weeks for him to complete flooring in our house. In addition to this, he also told me I needed more flooring than I originally figured. I ended up with 75 additional boxes of flooring that I could not return because the "professional" said I needed them. I have places in my kitchen where the flooring was either tapped in too tight in the middle of the kitchen and two of the bedrooms, so the planks are lifting or the planks were cut too short near the edge and now have spaces. In addition to the spaces, now those planks are lifting and breaking. I had someone else come look at them and it is in fact an installation problem. When you own your own business, you are responsible for the work that is completed regardless of you doing the work or the people you hire. ***** came by months ago and said that it was our subfloors. Well, did the professional at the time of installation state anything wrong with the subfloors? No he didn't. In addition, we were here and saw the subfloors. They are fine. This is a BS excuse from a contractor not wanting to fix the errors that his workers made. I did however, give ***** credit and the areas that ***** did by himself, I am not having any problems with. The areas that his workers did are in deed having problems. In addition, I have found where there is space near door frames and other areas that there is no floor because it was not cut right. The flooring was messing up on the stairs in my laundry room and the planks were not cut correctly according to size and he just filled it in with brown putty! The planks that were lifting in the stairs, he just put nails. It looks *****
