Purchased set of french wood exterior doors with glass from Crow River Creations . First the black caulking around the glass melted and this caused doors to leak across the bottom of the doors.(They blamed this one the sun shining directly on the doors). Black caulk ran after melting and stained doors. They had our installer recaulk with clear caulking. Didn't work so they replaced the doors. Now it rains and the bottom cross board one of the doors swells and after I finally got that door closed, I could not reopen them. So they sent another replacement door, well it was warped. So here comes another door for replacement and it works great...... until it rained. The bottom cross board again swelled and it has actually split down the middle and the glass wiggles back and forth and cold air blows in. Also the door won't close but halfway and cold air comes in there as well. So the dead bolt I can't close because of the door not closing. They blame this problem on the support and framing of our doorway. How can that make the bottom of this door swell to the point of not closing? These are supposed to be exterior doors and any type of weather should not effect them. We can't even use the doors. My husband and I live on Social security and and our income is limited. We do not have the money to buy new doors from someone else. Crow River Creations need to make this right. They are supposed to be a reputable company but we have not seen that yet. The rep for us there is named Hope. Please see them make this right. I have pictures but don't know how to upload them
