I worked with this customer to present to her options to install new siding onto her home. She was given two estimates to choose from. One included installing vinyl siding and one included installing a concrete board siding. The customer chose go with installing vinyl siding. I have worked with the customer on numerous occasions to address her concerns and have spent several days making minor repairs and doing what I can to address her concerns. She is mainly concerned that there are joints where the vinyl overlaps the adjacent piece of siding next to it and vinyl is made to be installed with an overlap. Vinyl is not waterproof without this overlap and all manufacturers include specific instructions on this overlap in there installation instructions. We have done as much as we can to make the siding as seamless as possible but vinyl as a product will never be able to be installed completely seamless. The door that the customer has complained about leaking has been looked at and addressed. I was unaware of any further problems with it leaking and would be willing to come back and work on it again. It has a small deck in front of it and the water that comes off of the roof wets the door more than most doors get wet.

I have been retained by ********* ****** in reference to the above style matter. The complaint has not been satisfied. You will find enclosed copies of photographs of **** ****** home which clearly indicates unsatisfactory work, which is not standard in the industry, not in compliance with the contract between the parties and that I, on behalf of **** ******, commenced an investigation with other personnel in the vinyl siding industry to corroborate that AllPro failed in compliance, did not complete the work correctly and failed to reach the contract time performance provision and do the work correctly. As additional information is revealed, it will be provided to you.

This is in response to the latest complaint from **** ****** and her representation. I still do believe that the work that has been completed for **** ****** is satisfactory and has been completed in a workman like manner. **** ****** has failed to give current pictures of her residence to her representation. I believe that the pictures that have been shared were taken during the installation of her siding and are not pictures of the final product. There is one in particular that shows incomplete siding not reaching the top of the wall at the rear of her home that I know was not taken after completion. **** ****** has also failed to inform her representation of the change orders that she signed agreeance to during the installation of her siding. Regardless I am still very willing to do whatever I can to satisfy **** ******. I will continue to stand behind my company and be proud of the work that we produce. I know that while never perfect we are looking to do the best job that we can to satisfy our customers and we will continue to do so. The after pictures that I have uploaded are what the home looked like when finished.
