    I dropped off my Husqvarna X Series weedeater at the Nahunta, GA Ace Hardware on May 3, 2022. The weedeater motor ran fine but it had been disassembled and the wires got cut. They called back in a few days and left a message. I went in and the man said that "the motor worked fine" but that I need to order the entire trigger mechanism. I ordered the trigger mechanism online and came back in. The person there who does repairs had just quit and my weedeater was shipped to their Folkston, GA location. I dropped off the trigger mechanism and they said it would be sent so they could finish the repair. It was there a while and I called and found out that the repair person there was hospitalized for an extended period of time. It was then shipped back to the Nahunta, GA location. I called and it was ready on June 30 but there was no ticket. I told him the weedeater needed to be re-assembled and he said it was in one piece so it should be done. I came in to pick it up but the engine didn't sound right. I left it for the man to look at again. I received a phone message the next day, Friday, July 1, and found out that they put the wrong gas in the engine and ruined the engine. I called back the manager, ****, and left a message. I called back on Monday, July 11, and the manager said that they did not put the wrong gas in the weedeater and they refused to accept any blame for ruining my engine. They owe me an engine. The weedeater is only a year old and the engine was in good condition.
