My POC, **** *. recommended towing my 2007 S550 ************* to the shop named, Aamco dba ******************. **** *. quoted a diagnostic fee of $175.00, and waived if we accepted repairs proposed. I expressed the issue reported of having a hard shift, from Park to Drive. From there it was little to no communication unless I or my husband initiated it. I then asked, **** for a diagnostic report. I received a quote for over $2,6k. After few days went by , called again, **** *., tells me all the parts are not in, a few more days. We are now week 2, waiting. I call back, the parts will be in tomorrow, per **** *. you can pick up the car October 17th. Another person, out the blue,Gigi, the wife calls, there is an issue and its going to costs more and we will get back to you by Monday October 21st on costs. The same thing for days. I asked him how did he get to installing solenoids on the car without the proper diagnosis and discussion for their plans to fix the issue, other parts on the proposal? The last conversation,my husband had with, ******* *******, costs, $8,000.00 rebuild a remanufactured , 12 month warranty transmission. sent an email requesting an invoice. I showed up to get the car October 23rd, **** *., began being rude, and very dishonest that the car had an $895 RDI, fee?**** *, when, why weren't we informed?I contacted 911. After a heated exchange with **** *. he lied about a fee due. I left my husband inside. I contacted AAA, to come tow my car and was told by **** *. its no longer driveable. A man shows up old red pickup, chain the gate, pad lock, close garage roll up and leaves. I'm on the phone with the tow company. No invoice still. Police asks me to return in 3 days to pick it up.

Per similar reviews, my car was at aamco for an extended amount of time. When I got it back it wasn't repaired and had more issues. The owner **** refunded my money $5057.54. once I left, he reversed the refund and never notified me. I'm requesting for a full refund as my car has not been fixed and is not safe to drive.
