    I had my vehicle towed to Crossroads Automotive when my car began to run hot. I spoke with a representative and they told me that I needed to have the water pump thermostat and hoses replaced. I paid and picked my vehicle up. Within an hour of driving from the shop. My vehicle started to leak again. I took it to an another shop as this shop was closed over the weekend. The shop that I went to was a sister company to this shop I was told. They then told me that I needed to have my radiator replaced. I got my radiator replaced. A few months later I get a cylinder misfire code and have it towed to a shop in the area. This shop tells me that I need to get a new engine. The head gasket was damaged. There was an issue with the car overheating and the thermostat must not be reading it. Then contact crossroads they were the ones who last worked on the thermostat. I was told by the representative that they never replaced my thermostat or the hoses only thing they replaced was the water pump. I Was told originally that they all needed to be replaced and were replaced. It also states it on my receipt. Which is what I paid for. On the receipt is specifically says that the water pump thermostat and hoses were replaced. They lied. If they had replaced those parts when they said they would like I paid for, I wouldnt need a new engine.
