  This complaint is not being filed out of frustration alone its about holding a business accountable for practices that I believe are unethical, unsafe, and financially damaging. Precision Tune Auto Cares handling of my daughters SUV was not only negligent, but their failure to accurately diagnose a blown head gasket resulted in additional, avoidable expenses, a serious safety risk, and a deep breach of ******** family should have to experience what we did: paying for repeated repairs, receiving false assurances, and ultimately discovering that the original problem was never addressed all while incurring thousands of dollars in further damage and costs. I urge the BBB to consider this complaint seriously, and I sincerely hope others will think twice before entrusting this location with their vehicle. To address these serious concerns, I request the following:A full refund of $1,054.73 for the initial misdiagnosed and ineffective repairs.Payment for the cost to repair the blown head gasket, which is a direct consequence of their failure to accurately diagnose the vehicle's issues. Estimates for this repair are $4,000 or more.A formal investigation into Precision Tune Auto Care for deceptive repair practices and consumer fraud.Accountability to prevent other families from enduring similar experiences.

  Dear Mr. ****************** acknowledge your concerns and regret that your experience did not meet expectations. At Precision Tune Auto Care, our goal is to provide thorough and reliable service, and we take allegations of misdiagnosis and inadequate repair work seriously.  
  
  We understand that diagnosing overheating issues can be complex, and while the vehicle initially passed a combustion leak test, we recognize that intermittent or minor head gasket failures may not always be immediately detectable. Our team performed repairs based on the available diagnostic results at the time, addressing the thermostat and coolant system as contributing factors. However, further evaluation later revealed the head gasket issue, which we regret was not identified earlier.  
  
  We appreciate your diligence in seeking resolution and are committed to reviewing all provided documentation, including invoices, service records, and third-party assessments. To ensure fairness in evaluating this matter, we request the following:  
  1. Copies of all relevant service documentation for a comprehensive review.
