    On October 21, 2024 I visited the Amazing Lash Studio in ******, ** to get eye lash (extensions). I also signed up for the membership, which included 2 refill services with the "Pro". Overall I was not satisfied with the service provided because 1) the pro used Y lashes, and I specifically told her during the first appointment that I did not want those; however, she used them anyway. My intention was to finish up my 2 appointments from that membership and not return. I received calls from the studio asking me to schedule my next appointment, so I finally told them I was not planning to return. On December 3, 2024, I noticed a charge from Amazing Lash Studio for another $149 and I called to express to the manager that I did NOT want to renew. I requested a refund, but was told they would not process it because I would have needed to cancel 2 days prior to the auto renewal. They said I will have 2 credits for six months to use or gift, but I will not be using them or gifting the service to anyone. I just want my money refunded.

    Good Afternoon,

    I am the manager here at Amazing Lash Studio in ******, **. I have read over the complaint and have attached all the necessary documents needed, I personally spoke to the client and made aware we do require a 72- ******************************************************* the agreement form signed by Mrs. ******* Mrs. ******** termination form was requested, signed and sent back on 12/09/2024 and the auto renewal membership payment was paid on 12/02/2024 6 days before she requested termination. Due to not receiving the 72 - 48 hour notice for termination we are unable to process a refund for any previous services or membership payments. We did let her know she was more than welcome to use the credits as well as gift them to a friend or family member and they will be available to use up to *********************************** agreement form, however, we are not able to do a refund per our policy. I have also attached her signed termination form dated and signed as well as the completed termination dated and noted from my end. I will be available to answer or submit any documents you may need from my end.

    I am rejecting this response because: I am not interested in a credit or returning to the studio. As I explained to ********, I was not aware that I would be automatically charged for the membership or I would have been more explicit in expressing my displeasure with the services. I am requesting a full refund of $149.00.

    Good afternoon, I have read the complaint and I have attached the Agreement form signed and dated by Mrs. ******* upon reading the agreement form signed, it states in the first paragraph in bold letters the membership automatically renews on a month to month base and states our cancellation policy also in bold letter in the 5 paragraph. As stated prior we will not be issuing a refund as we did not receive a required 72 - 48 hour cancellation notice with a signed termination form. Thank you.
