If I could give this a zero I would.I went to this business today to simply get something notarized and was given the rudest treatment ever from the notary. First off I simply said that I needed something notarized since I was not greeted when I came in and when I said I just needed something notarized the response was What ??? I repeated my self and was brushed off and told in a minute Im backed up over here in a harsh tone and it was only one other customer in there besides me.Then to add insult to injury he acted like I was upset about having to wait and kept apologizing for that instead of apologizing for the rude behavior. I never mind waiting that was not my issue my issue was the nasty attitude and Im proud of myself because because I kept my composure during it all. I had just gotten off work and just needed one item notarized for my sons school. I understand that people have bad days however it is never ok to take it out on your customers coming to support your local business when I could have gone to the *** store but I tried to come in and show support to the local business. It was very condescending to assume I was upset for having to wait as if I felt entitled that is not me nor has it ever been. I never had a problem with waiting I simply had a problem with the treatment I received. The guy asked me to fill out my information in his log book before he notarized my paperwork I had my own pen and he threw his pen down on the book saying well use whatever pen you want to use then as if he was mad I had my own pen. I am totally upset about the poor treatment I received today. I did not deserve that and will never return there or recommend anyone go there for that matter. He was helping another guy and he didnt talk down to him it was just me he had such a rude attitude with. Something needs to be done about this unprofessional behavior at this business. They cant keep getting away with mistreating people like this. Somebody needs to investigate.
