    I give one star only because the technician spoke kindly but unfortunately he did not diagnose my issue with my appliance properly and basically made me aware that repair would be very expensive due to brand name and issue of what my complaint was of the malfunction it was having.Technician advised that It would bd in my best interest to get new replacement appliance. I found new company to send technician out and he fully examined my appliance and fixed issue simply within minutes. I contacted Mr ********************** and was told to send in my invoice via text message but it failed and I made lady who answers phone aware as she requested it several times same way until I had to ask can I send via direct email and thats when she provided email information and I followed up with it the next day afterwards and she said they would not refund me and that her technician diagnosed same issue and I made her aware that is incorrect and went over each invoices and long story short my money was took and no service from a technician that wasnt correct on diagnosis for a repair that was simple that another technician was able to fix in a snap of the finger! I do not recommend this company and I do not appreciate how they handled my situation.
