    I purchased an original ******************* sweatshirt on February 22, 2024. Order #****. After receiving the sweatshirt, I noticed that it was too small. I immediately looked for the information and sent an email to the company inquiring how to exchange the product for a medium. I did not get a response. I then found the return refund information on my receipt order page. I immediately package the aforementioned item, inclusive of a letter with the item. The letter stated that I wanted an exchange. This request for instructions was per the companys receipt order page. I also added tracking and paid for proof of signature. This was to ensure that the company (Help Me Holy Ghost) received the package within the 30 day window. At this time, I have not received a call back, email response, direct message, or response regarding my inquiry on their Instagram page. I am seeking an exchange for the size that I need, medium. If I cannot receive that size medium or large. I would like a full refund back to the original purchase method. All documents are attached below. The item was not damaged, worn or had any issues as required by the company. It was tried on and due to the sizing. It was immediately placed back in its original packaging before shipping back to the business.

    I placed an order with this online retailer on March 4th of this year. I did receive a tracking number (******************************) however, it has now been 2 weeks that the order is in pre-shipment status and **** is still waiting for the items. I have tried several times on different occasions to both email and call the company but to no avail. I have paid money for merchandise and have not received anything. Please help me to get a refund processed. Thank you
