    I had a unknown charge show up on my card statement from this Dominos store in *********. I have never been there. I contacted this store on Sunday May 4th 2025 at approx 4 pm. I asked for a manger and some guy came to the phone never gave his name and was so rude and hateful and just flat out nasty attitude. I explained the situation and that I was also going through Stage 4 cancer treatment and during this time I was actually in ********** 100s of miles away for treatment. And that I contacted my bank and they stated since the charge was over 60 days old they could not file a dispute as disputed with there bank must be filed with 60 days of when the charge occured and stated this was due to there agreement with ****. And even if she was to file a dispute it would automatically be denied due to this policy. I explained all this to that guy and he continued to be extremely rude and hateful and even went as far as to say " what do you want me to do about I don't care and this isn't my problem it's yours " I have never seen a person so hateful, uncaring and rude. I called a few days later and talk to a girl and she said the general manager was ******* I think and she took my info and said she would call me back and took the charge info however after a week I've heard nothing from this business. My bank advised me to resolve this to reach out directly to the merchant and see if they would just reverse this charge and issue a refund credit as that would be the best option at this point.
